These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the source:set website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
About source:set
source:set is a curated resale store specialising in retired and hard-to-find LEGO® sets. We operate exclusively online and ship within the United Kingdom.

Eligibility
By using the Services, you confirm that:
· You are at least 18 years of age.
· You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
· You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
· You are resident in the United Kingdom or are otherwise eligible to purchase from a UK-based online retailer.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the Services.
Products & Listings
All products listed on the source:set store are retired or secondary market LEGO® sets. source:set is an independent resale retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the LEGO Group.
Each product is individually assessed and graded prior to listing. Product descriptions include a condition grade, relevant condition notes, and photographs. It is your responsibility to review this information carefully before placing an order.
We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate. In the event of a material error in a product description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Grading
All items are graded using the source:set grading framework, details of which are available on our Grading page. Grades represent our honest assessment of each item's condition at the time of listing. Grading is subjective by nature, and our assessments are made in good faith.
Disagreements with a grade that are not supported by a material discrepancy between the listed and received condition do not constitute grounds for a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are set at our discretion and may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
source:set reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Where an error results in a significantly incorrect price, we may cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.
Ordering
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the listed item at the stated price. A contract between you and source:set is formed at the point of dispatch, not at the point of order confirmation.
Order confirmations sent by email acknowledge receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where:
· Payment cannot be verified or has not been received.
· We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
· A pricing or listing error has occurred.
· The item is found to be unavailable or not in the condition described at the time of packing.
Payment
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
source:set does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Shopify in accordance with their security standards.
We will never ask you to make payment outside of the Shopify checkout. Any communication requesting payment by alternative means should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at support@sourceset.online
Shipping
All orders are dispatched via DHL Express. Full details of our shipping rates, timelines, and procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
· Orders under £100: flat rate of £4.99.
· Orders over £100: free UK delivery.
· Dispatch within 2–4 working days of cleared payment.
· Transit insurance is included within the listed price on all items priced at £100 and above.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund procedures are set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
· We do not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind.
· Returns are only accepted where an item materially differs from its listed grade and condition description.
· All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by contacting support@sourceset.online
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Intellectual Property
All content on the source:set website, including text, images, brand assets, grading frameworks, and product descriptions, is the property of source:set or is used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. source:set is an independent resale retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Use of the
LEGO® name and related trademarks is for descriptive purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, source:set shall not be liable for:
· Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Services.
· Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings.
· Delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather, or technical failures.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Disclaimer
source:set makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the website beyond what is required by applicable law.
Secondary market values fluctuate. Nothing on the source:set website constitutes financial or investment advice, and we make no representation regarding the future value of any item purchased.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Fraud & Security
source:set takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to cancel any order, withhold dispatch, or decline a refund where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
False claims, including but not limited to false damage reports, false non-delivery claims, and payment disputes raised in bad faith, may be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities and payment providers.
All high-value orders are subject to enhanced verification procedures at our discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our operations, policies, or applicable law. The current version will always be published on this website with the date of last update. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
