Shipping Policy
Summary
· All orders under £100 are charged a flat shipping rate of £4.99.
· Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £100.
· All orders are dispatched via DHL Express with full tracking.
· For rare or high-value sets, additional services such as enhanced insurance and signature-on-delivery may be applied at our discretion.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes time for careful packaging and courier collection.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your DHL tracking details.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked delivery within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–2 working days, depending on location and courier scheduling.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. source:set is not liable for delays caused by courier operational issues, severe weather or transport disruption, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Orders under £100: flat rate of £4.99.
Orders over £100: free UK delivery.
Insurance & Secure Delivery
source:set stocks collectible and often irreplaceable sets. Transit insurance is included within the listed price on all items priced at £100 and above, covering the full purchase value against confirmed loss or damage in transit.
For rare or high-value orders, we may additionally apply:
· Signature on delivery
· Enhanced tracking or delivery confirmation
· Address verification prior to dispatch
These measures are applied at our discretion to protect both
the customer and source:set.
Tracking
All shipments include full DHL Express tracking. Tracking details will be emailed on the day of dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress and following any courier instructions regarding redelivery or collection.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. source:set cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, misdirected parcels, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address being supplied.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been
dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, DHL will follow their standard redelivery or depot collection process. Instructions will be provided directly by the courier.
If a parcel is returned to source:set due to repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Please contact us if you experience any difficulty arranging redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window:
1. Contact us within 48 hours at support@sourceset.online
2. Retain all packaging and provide photographs of the outer
packaging and contents where applicable.
We will open a DHL investigation where appropriate. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the outcome of that investigation is confirmed. Claims must follow courier procedures and timelines.
We are unable to process damage claims where packaging has been discarded or where contact falls outside the 48-hour window.
Delivery Fraud & Security
source:set takes the security of every order seriously. For high-value orders we may require signature confirmation, address verification, or additional delivery controls before dispatch.
source:set reserves the right to investigate claims where tracking data — including signature confirmation or GPS delivery verification — conflicts with reported outcomes. Confirmed fraudulent claims will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Returns
Due to the nature of our inventory — retired, graded, and often irreplaceable sets — we do not accept returns unless the item received materially differs from its listed grade and condition description. Any dispute must be raised within 48 hours of
confirmed delivery.
We do not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind.
